Business Philosophy

My goal is to provide a superior real estate experience by providing exceptional service with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. My commitment to the needs of my clients is similar to that of my family – going out of my way to put my clients' needs ahead of my own. Together with my team of professional stagers, contractors, landscapers, and my agent assistant Kate, I can help you facilitate the entire real estate transaction from initial meeting to close making the process seamless and perfectly coordinated. Selling or buying can be stressful but it doesn't have to be. Let me take care of all the details for you.

Professional Background

Taking the real estate market by storm in 2009, Barbara closed 8 transactions and almost $4 million in sales her first year in business – not to mention during one of the most difficult market conditions in years! Barbara continues to excel by exceeding her clients' expectations and has been a consistent TOP PRODUCER in the Coldwell Banker West office. In 2016 and 2020, Barbara was recognized by NRT President & CEO, Bruce Zipf, as being a member of the Top 1,000, out of 47,000 NRT Sales Associates. He stated, "Reaching the pinnacle of a profession as competitive as ours is no small accomplishment." Zipf continued, "Based on your proven leadership and track record of success, I'm confident in your ability to help buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals in this, or any market." As a former Vice President of a major institutional investment management firm in New York City, Barbara has the financial background to understand the complex instruments and options common in real estate finance. Subsequently, she was a marketing director for a "managed futures" investment firm in Florham Park. Real estate is a natural progression for Barbara.

Originally from Philadelphia, Barbara has lived in Westfield and Scotch Plains for over 35 years and has a thorough personal knowledge of the area's schools, communities, transportation, medical, shopping, and recreational facilities.
